How to manage a metagroup in your Open Badge Passport Space?

To manage a metagroup, click the View button. The displayed view provides different tabs for tracking progress.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab provides statistical information on the distribution of members across groups, summarizes the progression rules that were set, and offers an overview of recent progress.

Members Tab

The Members view provides an overview of each member’s status and progress rate. It also allows you to manage members individually (e.g., add new members, manually move a member from one group to another) and access each member’s detailed profile.

Progression history Tab

The Progression History tab provides an overview of members’ progress within the metagroup. The metagroup manager can search by member name or by progression method.

Completion history Tab

The Completion History tab provides an overview of members who have completed the metagroup pathway, the date of completion, and the date the member was removed from the metagroup (if this option was enabled).

Analytics and stats Tab

The Analytics and Stats tab provides comprehensive and detailed statistical data for the metagroup. It allows you, for example, to identify the most active members.
