Yes, you can easily add additional email address(es) to your Open Badge Passport profile. This ensures that all your Open Badges will be assigned to your profile, regardless of which email address is used for issuing.
To add a secondary email:
1. Log into your account on https://openbadgepassport.com/app/user/login/.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click "Settings".
4. Click the "Email addresses" tab from the left-hand menu.
5. In the "Add new email address" box, type an alternate email address, click "Add".
6. Open Badge Passport will send a verification email to the new address.
7. Click the link in the email to complete the verification process.
Why is this important?
Keeping all your email addresses linked to your account is important for two reasons:
1. It ensures you receive new badges or updates sent to any of your email addresses.
2. Having multiple emails linked to your account provides an additional way to log in and verify your identity.
